Yo boyos, logging here when I have some free time, life works great , fucked a couple of teens even without hair in my head. I love this life. Anyway, on topic :
I have a theory, might be shit, might be not., I need your opinion on this one with some valid info / links/ studies, but is it me paranoid or :
Prolonged intensive body training (effort) that leads to exhaustion like super competitive sports : mma, kickboxing, maraton running , hiit after hiit, etc without letting the body rest properly (days off trainig) can actually cause super rapid aging ?!
I ask this because I noticed in my mma gym guys who joined years ago now look ten years older, not all of them but some do. The same thing I noticed at running maratons sports, but this should include football too if it was the case..... well in army , it seems the pattern repeats. I knew a guy who joined in 2015 and now he looks 10 years older, all he did was lots of running with weights on him, some nights without sleep and extreme conditions.
Was it all a coincindence and these guys had normal natural aging for their dna configuration / ethnigcs / genetics, or the turtle is the most longevive because it doesn't... exhaust the body that much and just stays there and rests a lot ?! as we know.. when we go to gym the body needs a period of time to heal itself and the muscles ,etc. while all body is sore and we feel a bit more tired because the body is repairing itself........
So what is the answer ?
Another valid theory could be the sweat effect (losing fat gaining fat cycle over and over) that dehydrates the body and causes wrinkles ?! aka the gym face ?
