To increase bone size we have to increase osteoblasts activity to do this we should take calcitonin. Calcitonin provides a signal to osteoblasts to take in more calcium from the blood aka, grow. So my theory is as long as there is enough calcium in the blood we can keep growing so I have made this guide (pls don’t do it this is theoretical)
1) drink 2 litres of milk a day (ray peat style) or consume 2000mg of calcium as supplement form
2)take active form of vitamin d(calcitriol), this ensures that calcium is absorbed from the food into the bloodstream
3) take calcitonin
4) suppress pth
5) take thyroid
6) HGH or test would be greatly helpful
this should give us strong healthy big bones and endless growth
Potential dangerous side effects
Hypercalcemia which may cause tiredness and heart problems pls approach with caution
