Fat grafting can be essential to provide a seamless look for the undereyes that is natural.

The problem that everybody talks about is the formation of these lumps due to necrosis of fat transfer. Necrosis occurs when fat has been transferred and it is not accepted.

Question: do they leave this rejected fat in the undereye area, or do you have to go back for them to take it out? Does this depend on how much fat is rejected, so if there is no visible lumps they won't bother?

Theory: be minimal with fat graft amount to reduce the amount that will be rejected. Wait 2-3 months and go back and do it again. Do 3-4 fat grafts to reach desired effect. The higher number of fat grafts and the less you put in everytime, the more fat should be accepted.

With what? The amount to put in per fat graft, or with everything I got to ask. Also how would you differentiate a good doctor from a doctor who's tryna scam you or just saying yes to everything to get money at your expense
