Two variants, in wich both consist of carrying low BF.
The First one is the football (soccer, not American handegg) type of body of players from top world classe clubs (real Madrid, Liverpool, Barcelona, bayern etc: they are overall really Lean, Lean enough to have abs showing, and decent enough muscle to not look like they are starving with clothes on. They look athletic and enough to draw some attention on the Beach. Girls love it. You look normal with clothes on, You can wear a suit and have a class and elegant look without looking like retard because its too tight on your arms thanks to unecessary High muscle mass.
Second type: more muscle mass for those who still want to impress while being aesthetic with clothes on and not look like a big monkey roid retard that give the impression that You are obsessive with gym and being big (signal of insecurity and small Dick).
The two great examples of this Second type is Greg (kinobody) and Chris herea. Unfortunetly, for the vast majority, to achieve that body You Will need to to have a decent back/shoulders and hips ratio and also low steroid consumption. Imo hips dont need to be too thin, Just not Gross, large and thic. Very thin hips is girl thing imo.
