The best things are low glycemic fruits that wont spike insulin but benefit your health frim the micronutrients inside like avocados, lemon/lime

Removing fruits and honey completely might lead to some short term changes but it's not necessarily a universal approach for maximizing health bcfruits offer valuable nutrients like fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants which play a key role in the long term. It really just depends on the person

ehh it lacks dietary fiber, antioxidants, and key vitamins (vitamin C, magnesium, and potassium), which are important for gut health, heart health, and preventing chronic disease. aso, the high intake of saturated fats and red maet have been linked to an increased risk of cardiovascular disease, cancers, and kidney problems imo It's better to just keep it balanced
