Your post doesnt prove that gymcelling is useless, it just proves that face is way more important. Getting muscular and lean still helps for sure. Frame is very important for looking big natty though, if you have short clavicles you need roids

Going to the gym has massively overrated benefits, but if you have the right hormonal profile and strategy, you can definitely build a physique that woman will get on their knees for (extremely rare though, if you go to any gym, 99% of people with muscles look like utter dogshit)

Being completely sedentary is not natural for a male though. If you’re not doing any physical activity at all, your physical form will begin to take on characteristics more like a woman

I'm not denying that there is no size difference dude

It's just that the lack of physical activity cause the bone to shrink, not the other way around.

The vibrations of muscles contracting and relaxing causes the bone to keep it's muscle density. That's why exercise and a good diet is important for optimal bone health as you age.
