there is no way the outside world from yourself can make you feel better

every pleasure, every excitement from the outside world will be less then you expected

people on this forum get excited for sex after masturbation, feeling it will be the next step

however, 90% of people on this forum report back it was not as good as they expected

getting a job and making money, spending energy to be able to get rewarded in the future

it is also useless, your efforts and smarts in the workplace never will be rewarded in equal or more

you can never cheat the world and get more benefits from your efforts

even if you eventually do temporarily, one day your stalling of benefit - effort will catch up, and when it does it will be much worse then it was before, no effort you do will have any benefit

there is no escape for your happiness in the outside world, only controlling your mind can
