Filler can. Anything that adds the appearance of mass would help. But filler I imagine will migrate hard in this scenario

You'd have to just do implants and it's hard to get them right without an uncanny look

my philtrum is very small tho

My main issue with my lips is that my upper lip only has volume in the center not on the sides

Thats why I dont think a lip lift would really help in my case

Nah do you have a thin upper lip? Lip lift like suggested could help aswell

I feel like the degree of eyebrow lowering from supra implants isn’t enough to have any noticeable effect on fwhr

I also have pretty low set brows

The problem is my bizygomatic width tbh

only way to fix that is implants or filler

Depends on your esr, kf you can augment the widest part of the zygo arch with sandwhich zygoma osteotomy or not.
