There some shit under my skin. Like a round thing and a line under it which hold back side of my lip and when I move my neck my lip also drops a little cuz it pulls it back. What is this and is it possible to be removed. I'll attach photos, not sure if y'all can see it but I pointed arrows at it. It doesn't hurt or anything, it just exists and its hella annoying cuz its making me assymetrical. I got the money for the surgery if needed or I could possible preform it at home

That's either a swollen lymph node or a small lipoma (from my humble opinion). The line pulling your lip sounds like a platysmal band or how tf thats spelled that's tighter on one side. Do not try to cut this out at home you're right next to your submandibular gland and facial nerve, you will fuck yourself up permanently. Go to a derm or ENT, if it's a lipoma it's a 15 minute removal under local anesthetic and costs basically nothing. If it's a lymph node they'll want to check why it's swollen first. Either way it's a quick office visit not a real surgery.
