All the information this guy tries to provide is from a piece of study that says: "A randomized controlled trial by Majid et al. (2017) found that 50,000 IU vitamin D3 supplementation every two weeks for 8 weeks significantly improved sleep quality, reduced sleep latency, and increased sleep duration in adults with sleep disorders compared to placebo."
'50,000 IU every two weeks' = about 3,500 IU daily.
