TBH healthy eating should just mean low meat consumption. Fried food, simple carbs, most processed food is to be considered healthy in comparison. Am at the point where I think anything past low-meat is a waste of time with negligible health benefits.
EVERY calorie controlled vegan is much healthier than the healthiest meat eater.
