Caffeine is diuretic but loses its effect after tolerance developed. 300mg has effects but 500mg is most effective.

Who did your cheek implant? Pagnoni?

For debloat do you take the caffeine pills on an empty stomach? Look into Coconut water + 10 min sauna sessions for debating as well.

I made alot through my journey so sorry can’t provide you guys that but just remmeber there’s a risk the anesthesiologist and surgeon ran to my parents right before the operation because I had heart tachycardia and they brought cardiologist too. Overall was a bit messed bit lucky no complications. I can’t say it would be worth it for you.

the thing with sauna is that once you sip water you start retaining water again bc sweating out those water doesn’t signal the aldosterone hormone to adapt.

I finished consultation with the surgeon and he kicked my family out but then rushed us back in just to say that giving me cheek implants would improve harmony.

Female cheek implants XD giving youthful looks. It is what it is maybe in the future if I dont like I can’t remove it with another surgery. the Implants is screwed into my zygomatic bones.

modafnil is so underrated as a nootropic and for weight loss on this forum, make you not hungry for hours at a time and let's you have ultra concentration when moneymaxxing or studying, I also find it helps me kill inhibition to an extent

yea moda is legit for work, appetite suppressant, motivation and focus. the only reason why i stopped taking it was because it caused hair loss. it took me all summer to regrow my hairline.

also note that i was taking 400mg every day with 1 day off per week. if you take less maybe you won’t see hair loss but unfortunately it fucked me up.

Only get on anxious on doses of 200+ I ussually take 100-200 sometimes even 80 if I'm using it for appetite suppressant or to kill inhibition

No I'm asking how do you approach girls? I think the problem for me is not that I act weird or can't game but I am just not in those circles,though i still have decent status in class for a variety of reasons. Plus my university has a very skewed gender ratio too. So, only cold approaching and such is left for me.
