Ashwagandha is an adaptogen how it is not helping for coping with stresses cortisol is the enemy of testosterone

L theanine just make me zen I overdosed it before getting into examination hall and speak up in front of 140 normies.

Try trimethylglycine aka betaine. None of these can be overdosed, unless you have kidney issues

How many months until notice lighter brown eyes from msm? And in which dosage?

I am going to take it cause I have crunch in my knee without pain when I go to the deep squat.
But if I'm 17 will it slower or faster my growth ( i'm still growing)

Glucosamine will lower your IGF-1 thus slowing your growth. Try chondroitin only.

i been taking ashwaganda for a few months now and my sleep is much better, thats legit

about L-theanine, how much mg do u take? and do u also take it daily?
 
Can confirm OP, MSM is one of the most legit supplements you can take. I take it for faster hair growth and it works surprisingly well. L-theanine is also great, I take it once in a while and when I do I like to combine it with caffeine for synergistic effects.
