Thick upper and lower eyelid.

the issue is not that I have a massive fat pad, I'ts that the skin around the eyeball itself is thick and sort of baggy

think i have the same issue actually. only thing i can think of is maybe like using a steroid cream like hydrocortisone since it thins skin after using it for a bit. idk how bad it would be if hydrocortisone actually got into ur eye though that’s the thing

for example zayn malik has thick eyelid skin, that's one of the reasons he has a relatively large amount of UEE, sean opry has thin eyelid skin and is one of the reasons the hooding cuts past his eyelids.
