Thick/voluminous hair makes your face look fatter

Anyone else realise this?

I swear when my hair is wetter or looks more thin my face also looks leaner. Whereas when my hair is thicker or extra voluminous with hair product for example, my face also looks fatter/more bloated.

kind of, before i got a haircut i had full on tiktoker curtains with long sides and back, now i have a skin fade, it looked better but it made me realize that my zygos protrude a lot more than my forehead and i look like a neaderthal
