Not sure what you mean with thin dark circles under eye area, but if it's just your regular dark circles, try to stay hydrated and sleep 8+ hours a day. If that doesn't work, and you've pretty much always had it, then it's due to lacking bones and bad under eye support, and there's nothing you can really do apart from getting an implant or fillers.
