Thin hair

my hair is actually cooked, its soo thin genetically what can i do? im 14 so idk about minox. My hair also like flares out in the back only the sides though and i was also wondering how to fix that. I use conditioner everyday mostly and shampoo once a week, im not sure if thats good or bad so im coming here for advice, if thats bad can you give me a better routine to fix my thin hair.

Yeah, but I would recommend doing oral rather than topical, but you could do both if you wanted to

ive already been on topical for a little while so ill just finish off what i bought
