On a 3 weeks nofap streak you can sleep 5 hours and feel more energetic than sleeping 10hours after fapping

Creatine increases ATP
Semen retention helps prevent testosterone from being expelled. Semen retention only make a noticeable difference if you're cooming like every single day, 5x a day.

Semen retention doesn't really help me besides desexualizing my brain.

If you fap before sleep it’s hard to wake up on time and u feel tired

I think it distrusts your natural rhythm

all those effect the circadian



Creatine increases ATP and somehow reduces sleep qouta, semen retention prob help by not depleting nutrients, less taxxing on spermagiogenesis and no prolactin surge.

maybe it has more 2 do with if u watch porn or not as I doubt frying your dopamine receptors before sleeping helps you rest well @bradpittshairline

easiest way to not wank when you feel like it is to make yourself busy with something else
Yeah I think porn is damaging me worse
