Things that remove Glandular Gynecomastia? (LOW IQ POST)

I researched about roloxifine and about aromatese inhibitors. both seem promising but i want to get other people's opinions since i know both arent 100% gonna remove glandular tissue. Im not even sure if my Gynecomastia is 100% Glandular tissue but ive lost a lottt of fat (150 kg to 93 kg) and i visibly see my gyno wayy more im just still not 100% sure its fat or glandular. Let me know your opinions please.

I was thinking of maybe injecting fat dissolvers around my nipples but yeah just let me know if theres any other stuff or yall approve of these options.
