things to tell my surgeon to fix on my nose?

was told many times to fix my nose on here but never exactly what so i wanted to ask what should i fix when i go

(ik wrong section but this is the most active section and every other one is dead as shit)

Another thing ik i prob need other stuff done aswell but rhinos cheap for right now )

Well you have a wide IPD, so think about it. If you make your nose narrower, it would highlight it even more because the perception of how wide your pupils are, will increase, now that your nose is relatively narrower

I think you should find a surgeon who can define the tip and maybe improve nostril shape slightly.. other than that, leave the upper part of your nose how it is

It would fit your archetype because women have it, and you have wide IPD like a woman + luscious lips

But you should future proof yourself so you retain your masculine look as much as possible, as you age.. so it's not worth doing
