idc if shortens life, imo life is quality over quantity. rather live to 30 living like zyzz than 80 as a normie.

but only downside i see of it is hampering gym/face gains and stunting height.


why i think i have it



aquagenic wrinkling palm
inability gain weight
floating greasy stool

other possible health problems

absence of lunula on nails, got blood test recently and iron deficient. maybe CF is causing malabsorption
hypothyroid? TSH 3.3 miu/L manlet and chincel
adhd, inability to fall asleep quickly, fatigue, racing heart, maybe caused from thyroid?


i went to doctors a while back telling all this and she called me hypochondriac, gonna go back again tmrrw and hopefully get listened to this time

should i continue tryng to looksmax or is it over and should i try monkmaxxing/purchase rope from alibaba and donate my life savings of 4.5k aud to some incel so he can ascend with surgery?

update: doctor was suprisingly good. gonna test my shit for celiac or cystic fibrosis. said to test thyroid again in 8 weeks and then get possible thyroid meds
