Nofap/semen retention is only good on 7 days periods

Like a long ass deadlift that lasts 7 days. Just like working out, pushing ur physical boundaries has diminishing returns - which is what happens on nofap after 7 days

This:

- 145% ur test (ex. If ur test is 500 ng/dL ---> 725 ng/dL)

- preserves androgen sensitivity (arguably more important than actual levels) so make that 725 ng/dL ---> actually reflect 1000 ng/dL

-ZINC ...... So fucking important

Saying semen retention ought to be cope because it doesn't "fEeL nATuRaL" is like saying lifting weights is cope for building muscle cuz it kinda hurts and doesn't "fEeL gOoD" :feelsuhh:

Lifting heavy shit = psychically increasing test

Semen retention = mentally increasing test

there are as many studies suggesting jerking off increases testosterone as ones saying it lowers testosterone. an ejaculation is like 0.5 mg of zinc, if you're so worried about that you probably shit in the street and eat clay cakes. eat your own semen if zinc is so important. if you find that you cant meet your daily RDA, i will give you some of mine

my delts was more defined/traps were bigger after i went on a 2 month nofap journey. The androgen receptors theory about nofap is definately legit.

lol not just that, the androgen receptor study was done on rats and they had SEX, not masturbated

prolactin raises testosterone, not lower it. it does suppress dopamine however to induce sexual satiety. the testicular leydig cells probably raise T due to needing to produce more sperm cells

Nofap doesn't boost testosterone, but it's still worth it if masturbation causes you to waste a lot of time or if it lowers your libido too much.

And ideally, what nofap should be used for is to work up to a point where you are so horny you could orgasm with a few seconds, without porn. Then you only need to jerk off once a week, and you can maintain a healthy sex drive without wanting to have sex with fat women.

What about androgen receptors? Its proven that nofap increase androgen receptors while fapping reduces androgen receptors.

Porn is the worst thing, not masturbation. The problem with porn is that it's fake, even the amateur stuff and it can lead you to develop weird fetishes that would disgust you if you could try them in real life with a woman. So, porn not only desensitizes you, but at the same time, it also makes you disconnected from reality and because of that, you can reach a point where you are unable to get an erection when you're with a woman, unless she is fulfilling your fetishes.
Porn can also make you waste hours or days because you will search for the perfect clip to get a bigger dopamine kick and eventually, you'll find that even after finding hundreds of videos that fulfill your fetishes, you're not happier, and that's when you start to crave for the real thing, because with a real woman, you could fulfill your fantasies instead of just thinking about them all alone.

I take 50mg vyvanse and that is why I write a lot but when I don't have my medication, I can't function properly so I have no other choice. My main problem is that I don't know how to spend my free time well and I don't always know how to achieve my goals. For example, since 2016, I have wanted to be able to get laid with many women but I didn't know how, and of course, I got lied to a lot by many snake oil salesmen online and by the people close to me.

But yesterday, after a lot of thinking and writing, I finally realized that the guys that I know who had lots of success with women didn't have a secret technique or perfect looks, they just knew how to play to their strengths. For example, a guy I knew in high school, he used low standards, combined with Tinder and social circle game to get laid a lot, because he knew that he would get mogged hard if he went to a bar or a club because he is only 5 foot 9 and he has no muscle mass and he has only a normie face.

True. Btw i follow your lifting program, you know the upper lower split, a user pm'd me the thing but didn't explain to me how to follow the whole thing fully with progressive overload and stuff. Can you link the place you explained it

You literally described me. I am addicted to some weird fetish and I almost never watch normal porn, almost always fetish one. I manage to not watch it by jerking off every morning, so my mind stays clear all day, without being too horny. I can't last even two days, as my head is filled with thoughts about fetish.
