thinking about getting ptosis (posted my eyes) (maybe cantho aswell) need eyemaxx advices

my right eyelid is more droppy as u can see but i feel like thats not the only issue. i got a rhino a week ago and my doctor said i should consider getting a ptosis dont think if he said anyhing about canthoplasty. what u guys think? which procedures would u recommend me to maxx my eye area ( please list based on ROI )
