I’m 19 right now and thinking about hardmaxxing in the next few years. I’m thinking rhino and cantho. I know I’d probably also benefit from bsso or double jaw but not sure if it’d be needed. What do you guys think for potential hardmaxxes.

Your jaw looks above average from the front (which matters the most) and good enough from the side. No surgery needed.

No cantho(plasty/pexy) needed either. What you can do to improve your eye area is (1) growing thicker eyebrows with minoxidil + microneedling, (2) growing longer eyelashes with Latisse/bimatoprost. In other words : softmaxxing only.
Your undereyes seem prone to eyebags and darker coloring (blue hues), so watch out and take appropriate measures later in life, if need be.

Rhino : yes.

Gotta shorten that philtrum too. So lip lift. Ask the surgeon to augment the upper lip moderately and to focus on shortening the philtrum.

A lil morph while we're at it :
Glum

I also corrected the bloodshot eyes. If it happens to you often, look into Visine and alternatives like Lumify.
If your chin is asymmetric (as suggested in this pic), you could correct it with a genioplasty.
