My hairline is not receding (at least not yet) however my facial thirds are not ideal as I have a 35% upper third alongside a 32% middle and 33% lower. If I lower my hairline by 1cm it would be about 32% / 33% / 35% which is in the ideal range. As the price of hair transplants are pretty low Sapphire FUE seems like a good option and I think it may be a good plan alongside DJS and implants.

Hair transplants look shitty sometimes so I want to make sure that the placement is good.

Anyone else planning the same to fix facial thirds?

hair can only be transplanted on skin that isnt ontop of the forehead muscle, so theres a good chance theres nothing you can do other than topical minoxidil and oral finasteride, u can also try derma stamping which might help regrow or grow hair on the forehead (if u apply topical minxidil to it aswell)

I looked it up, I think the main concern if if the transplant region moves with facial muscles, I think in my case it is a non-issue as for about a fingers width from my hairline there isn't much movement and I only feel movement when using my forehead muscles below that point
