Thinking of getting gyno surgery, should i? (Pics)

18 Y.O, 193 cm tall and i weigh about 85-88 kg, ive had gyno as long as i can remember ever since i was like 13, id say that im around 20-17% bodyfat although im not too sure as my genetics make me carry almost all fat on my waist/midsection

Ive been hitting the gym for about 8-9 months now, do i diet down to 11-12% bf yo see if itll go away on its own magically or ger the surgery or start on some medication instead? Im pretty sure i have glandular gyno.

Get it, before dishing out thousands tho go to your doctor and just say your nipple
hurts a lot when you touch it to try and get it covered by insurance

I am on tamoxifen for gyno getting surgery won't fix the underlying issue

wouldnt surgery just fix the appearance of it? I feel like its pointless considering gyno doesnt make your face look worse which is what really matters

it really affects my confidence so id say its in my best interest, id say im mtn-htn facially (probably wont be posting any photos to this site because people are weirdos) tho, i dont have any problem with women or stuff like that

What underlying issue? Gyno is the result of either elevated e2 during puberty or a combination of elevated e2 and prolactin

Only thing tamoxifen does is blocking your e2 receptors in your nipples - it doesn't fix any of the issues. If you got gyno recently then you will still have elevated e2 and potentially prolactin.
And if you got it more than a year ago tamoxifen wont do shit anyway

Urs isn't bad at all - mine was worse and I got a surg for it half a year ago

if you got gyno recently you can try tamoxifen or raloxifene and if that doesnt work then yeah surgery


I think aqualyx can potentially work since its a fat dissolver but dont quote me on this I haven't seen anyone try this (you can be a lab rat :ogre:)

I got gyno a few yrs ago and only thing tamoxifen did is reducing it by 30% at most.

But it may be even better since you said that it hurts, but you probably wont be satisfied with the results anyway broken heart emoji

Na na man ive had it ever since i was like 12 or 13. I used to do professional swimming and i had gyno even back then, with shredded abs, im a bit fat now tho compared to back then,

How was the surgery, recovery period etc? Can you educate a fella? 😼

Studies shows tamoxifen works even for old pubertal gyno
Also it's used for painful gyno
Mine still hurts a lot sometimes meaning it's active so tamoxifen should work let's see

It was alright, couldn't train in first weeks which is the only downside, and it was swollen as fuck for weeks

After 2-3 months it looked good

yes it works but it wont reduce it for more than 50% (as a rough ballpark)

Even reducing by 20% would be considered as working but you obviously wont be satisfied trust me ive tried tamoxifen for half a year

Did u get e2 blood work? It might be elevated because if it hurts then there was potentially more titty growth lately and in that case you might have elevated e2 which also causes bloating 😢

Did ur gyno reduces mine is for sure from high estrogen cause I don't feel side effects of tamox that's from too low estrogen so I think it decreased my estrogen to normal levels

Yes by 30% at most

You literally cant feel side effects from low estrogen nor feel the estrogen reduction because it doesn't affect estrogen at all. It blocks the receptors in ur tits
