some of these units are so fucking boring and hard af.

wish i chose to study to become an english high school teacher or seomthing like that which is decent pay but rewarding/fun over high paying but shit.

high school teachers start off 80k here with high demand, life balance, job security, progression to 6 fig after few yrs.

I started with CS and then switched to Mathematics/CS dual major. The Mathematics modules I will choose in 2nd and 3rd year will be mostly statistics/probability based. If you can at least minor in CS, along with a rigorous major, then you'll have some really applicable skills.

I don't go to lectures tbh, only seminars and smaller tutorials where we actually solve problems. Probably 3 hours of maths, then 3 hours of programming or other stuff per day.
