OK compared to her before, she looks better in the after, but I agree they advanced her a bit too much.
I'm guessing the surgeon adhered to Caucasoid standards instead of Mongoloid.

I agree, but if you're going through jaw surgery, wouldn't you want your jaw to be better than this? I don't see how this even adheres to caucasoid standards.

or she could just use implants or grafts on her nose and forehead to add more projection in the top half of her face

She didn't have the cranial development for it tbh.
If she wants to ascend, she's look her nasal root moved forward, get lefort 3 and have a custom BSSO where the chin is moved forward. Obviously lefort and bsso can be combined into one surgery called bimax and it might be possible to add this custom nasal root surgery in as well, maybe get some bone and use it to shape a high set nasal bridge.
Well my morph increases her cranial capacity significantly so she wouldn't mog as hard but she'd get a similar skull shape.
