They will refuse to settle down with their aging men and will start to look for men way younger than themselves. They will not be able to get Chad or Chadlite (At least most will not be able to since they will be having relations with prime women) so they will go for high tier normies and normies. This will restore the balance that existed around 20 years ago in terms of the sexual market place. Incels will still be incels but the amount of sex starved normies will drop restoring order to the younger generation. Older men will get distraught and start to do crazy things. Older females will look at this and say "See this is why we can't date you older guys".
