The guy is sadly delusional, this particular image is absolutely laughable, anyone who has taken a picture of their side profile knows the first pic has been taken from further back of their head. As for his head width its possible that it could wider from puberty but to me its not apparent... Seems more like larger masseters like 99% of these so called transformations.
