Run as fast as you can for 30-40 seconds and then walk to recover your heart rate and catch your breadth. You will lose a ton of calories and also have an afterburn affect. I generally only have 1-2 hours to workout and this strategy works well for me. I put on my running shoes and run around campus and walk briefly. Very time efficient and also fun
