Apparently Reza Movahed does large CCW rotation too. He's in the US. I'm gonna contact him this week for a consultation.

But you can find even local surgeon, no need for big names

Its easy to know the movement u need:
-If you don't see enough incisor when smiling u need ur whole maxilla down
-If your jaw tilt too much in front like u have very straight mandibule (too straight like short face) u need CW
-If your jaw tilt downward u need CCW
-If you have gummy smile u need maxilary reduction

underbite peoples whoses incisor aren't completly showing when smiling, simply have their undernose maxilla too much backward recessed...So Moving it forward would give more support to the soft tissues and thus stretch the philtrum skin at which your lips are attached, and fix the problem bro. So Unless you have an overly compact maxilla, you will need either CCW or forward motion.

Incisor display norm:
3mm under upper lip on cephalo, with 1mm standard deviation

If your incisor show is -1mm, then ur maxilla is short u need a down movement

Of course advancement will stretch so it show more teeth but i will not give you 3-4mm so you need a down movement , and to avoid CW you also put mandibule down
