The total possible result is mostly genetic tho. I looked into this, some people have really high eyebrow muscles, and so they can't lower their hairline much because of that. Also if you have MPB some of the clinics wont do this one, bc it just moves your scalp forward, and so if you bald later, you still have to get transplant so they don't want to do it.
