hair looks really unhelathy, get good quality hair products.

U have a long face i would suggest longer haircuts so it balances it out.

Your hair looks and is probably unhealthy.

I’d recommend a buzz then start out again. Or if you’re that desperate start using conditioner only 3 times a week and use a leave on conditioner + a hair moisturiser.

For the hairstyle try a fringe that hides your forehead as you have a taller skull. You can wither let the sides grow to compensate for width or get it faded but with some volume to the side
