Sorry for being a lazy retard, I really appreciate those threads, but I've never seen one with a proposed plan of action to attempt such a coloring? Like I'll personally just gonna end up doing a skin care routine+ using collagen pills+maybe carotene, but I'm really going blindfolded in this one pretty much.

unironically eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, for all the carotenoids they have . Exercise makes your skin redder too
