Don’t eat shit until 4-6pm
Don’t lift shit
Drink black coffee but only a bit
Drink water with sodium(electrolytes)
Go for an hour long walk each day low intensity
Eat 1g protein per lbs of body weight or 2per kg

Do this for five weeks and tell me you’re not

No it will make you catabolic if you’re in a large deficit. Fasting spars muscle

If you’re gonna lift literally do a short high intensity workout Not exceeding 30 Im minutes

While cutting if you have any gymcelling experience you need at least .8-1.1

0.5 will catabolize
 
I've been doing this on accident lately and i lost like 5 pounds on accident and am looking lean as fuck
