Train facial muscles like orbicularis oris oculi, zygomaticus (both),massater avoid using depressor angular oris(when frowning), and massage daily your fascia
Next increase your HGH ,IGF-1 and Test.
Take a blood test maybe so you aren't deficienct in any microminerals.
Next for your bones you need to maximise osteoblasts while keeping osteoclast in mid range for bone remodeling.You can sprint and do high interesity exercises and maximize PTH and GH for this.For PTH lower procesed food, workout regularly and take lots of Vit D and Calcium .If you have excessive phosphorus reduce it and fix your circadian rhythm.
For maxiila try mewing,tongue chewing,hard mewing and maybe Thumbpulling which is kind of a cope but may work.
You can take Test and HGH.Also you can look into peptides lile BMP-7 and BMP-2.
Maybe bonesmashing for other thing.
Look into Rank,Rankl and OPG axis .

You have to fix the spacing between your eye brows. I would say derma stamp and topical minoxidil (oral minoxidil mogs tho). loose weight, fix ur hair, know how to debloat (look into the botb) I would say hydrocortisone on nose for slimming a Lil bit cuz it looks bulbous (check out the botb) if it doesn't help you could consider trying betamethasone, ur under eye looks unhealthy so make sure your sleep quality is high and hydrate yourself and you could buy the under eye caffeine serum from ordinary. Trust me all that and u mog fr fr

U have given the best advice so far bro. Im currently running minoxidil for the spacing and my hair has gotten alot better.
