He needed jaw surgery, but he looks better tbh, he can use a little bit of filler in the mentolabial area to fix the angle excess

The image is no t full, cant see his forehead and nose in the image, i would like to see his E line before. He looks like class 2 Bite patient to me, idk why people instead of going for jaw surgery and fix the problem in the root, also improving bite, breathe and etc go for a fucking super expensive implant that can lead to many problems in the future and is not even aesthetically the best option..

Those bluepillers deserve this. Everyone should do proper research before jump into this kinda of decision

people seem to forget that bimax is an almost 2 years commitment , you don't just walk in a clinic with your money and get your bimax done
