This is the only photo that I have found that actually shows what hydroxyapatite implants look like.
The main advantage of these is that your body accepts these implants as bone over time and there is a much lower risk of infection.
Downside is that they shrink 30% over time, so there is much unpredictability with their placement and size over time.
In a perfect world, you would get these made using a mould to get the perfect shape you are looking for.
