What specfiically do you mean by "look like when talking?"

The implants get screwed onto bone so they don't move and then the tissue heals back over the top? The guy has really pronuounced zygos compared to the average recessed normie but what is actually wrong? Are you saynig his facial muscles or skin isn't moving right because of the implants or that the zygos are just so big its like part of his face just stays still while his mouth moves? Ppl who have shitloads of botox kinda look odd when their face moves but their forehead doesn't. Is that what you mean?

I just went back and watrched some footage of Richard Ramirez talking and it's the same as the Tiktok guy you posted.

I googled this guy and he's 34. In the tiktok he looks like a good-lookning guy in his 30s but who's dressed too yuong for his age. He's too pale his skin look old and the dyed hair looks bad on him. He looks like one of those cringe whiny emo rock singers from 2008 like My Chemical Romance or something.
