Never understood why you would deadlift for building muscle.
For back pull ups mog.
For legs barbell or hack squats mog.
And for hams + lower back and all those stabilizers Romanian deadlifts are a more save option.

He claims 120kg. It's on the same page where it shows the 250kg deadlift claim. 185kg squat too. So squats are out for building muscle. But then that means the claim that SS builds too much leg mass is wrong. So now you can't make fun of SS incels. Is it worth giving that up?

I have been saying this for a long time...normies do CHEST BICEP brosplits. With focus on high reps with lower weight and pumps.
Any kind of "powerbuilding", "starting stregth" etc. is as incel and weirdo as it gets.
