Fillers don’t create as realistic of a bone look at any volume not even talking about migration.

Fillers look good initially which is what you see in the plastic surgeon results, then look dog shit a few weeks later.

Fillers should only ever be gotten to replicate fat, so in the lips or eye area.
In the upper eye area fillers are best, ( you would be stupid to get supras for 99% of cases)
Under eyes fillers look good but can migrate, so fat grafts are most optimal, but filler still works nice.
Same applies with lips.

And the reason being to never get fillers for bones you may end up looking like this cock sucker below.
