I think that if you stay in the 1-4 ml range distributed throughout the area on a case by case basis it wouldn’t look too unrealistic/migration may not be as much of an issue. Fillers should only ever be gotten to replicate fat, so in the lips or eye area.
In the upper eye area fillers are best, ( you would be stupid to get supras for 99% of cases)
Under eyes fillers look good but can migrate, so fat grafts are most optimal, but filler still works nice.
Same applies with lips.

And the reason being to never get fillers for bones you may end up looking like this cock sucker below.
