Neck area looks worse, but he maybe increased 1/10 if he gets to the same weight as before. Definitely not the most impressive surgery result I have seen.

Brutal. So glad my parents didn't agree to jaw surgery 6 years ago when ortho brought it up. She wanted to set my mandible back. Looking into getting LF1 to fix my slight underbite now.

his seems to be natural but i think you can get it from surgery if ur lefort 1 cut is too low and cw rotated
i could be wrong

His nose is wider in the after pics, both at rest and while smiling, so it's likely he got some maxillary advancement.

i think i get it now. so your philtrum is attached to your nose base by soft tissue yes.
if you try to advance beyond it the base of the nose wont allow you to proceed forward but the rest of the maxilla will.
