to anyone saying this is puberty it was all after 19 and even if it was puberty it wont fix reccesed infras he also rotated his maxilla which made his nose straight and just made the midface better. he claims he did it by mewing and chewing for 2 years . now im not saying these will fix your reccesed maxilla but it can affect the rotation as you see. maxilla stops changing in shape after 10 anyway if your maxilla was reccesed while you were a kid its fucking over but if you look at your childhood photos and see you are fine it might be ok and you may just need to rotate it
