every fucker thinks using isotretinoin,topical retinoids and hydrocortisone will give them rhinoplasty lvl results

literally only makes a difference if you have inflammation in the nasal tip

i’ve used all and yes my nose got smaller but ppl act like it’s going to stop them from needing their face cut open
