People give different amounts of worth to each of these tiers, when talking with each other.

@Blackgymmax gives the worth of HTN equivalent to for example a Chadlite.
Whereas somebody more lenient might rate every third guy a HTN.

It's not that being called a Chadlite is good/bad, because they have different worths for everyone.
