This may surprise you, but your nose actually retains water.

By this I mean that the skin covering your nose, like the rest of your skin, does indeed retain some water, which causes your nose to appear larger at times.

You've surely noticed this. Some days your nose appear biggers than others.

How do you fight this?

You fight this the way you usually would, but more extremely.

You see, the debloating methods you guys use are too
weak or too unreliable to always debloat to the point where the skin on your nose appears thinner.

In other words, food supplements won't shrink your nose, nor will any other cope you do.

By the way, it's 2023 and yet none of you understand how to debloat properly.

just fucking lol at your bloated face if you're drinking 4L of water a day.

THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DRINK A GALLON of WATER A DAY FOR a WEEK:

https://www.marieclaire.com/beauty/a28948/drinking-water-for-skin/

Anyway, keep coping with "flushing state" :incel:.

Back to the point, you need something more powerful, that will actually rid your body of its water.

That something is a
⭐pharma diuretic⭐
Most oftenly furosemide (LASIX) at 100mg +.

I've made a million threads about using furosemide for 100% debloat, but I've failed to mention its inherent nose shrinking property.

you won't find any info about it online, since most furosemide users are dying oldcels with Coronary Heart Disease.

Also, one piece of advice when using furosemide:

Apply some HA serum to your eye area before, while, and after being on furosemide.

Unfortunately furosemide takes all the puffiness out of the eye area.

This:

TL;DR:
Furosemide shrinks my nose quite noticeably. It loses its slight bulbousness around the tip.

first post in quite some time.
It's not a troll post either, I'm done with those.

You still advocate for low water with low carbs and salt? I didn’t get chance to see results last time I went out as was too wasted, but problem with this me drinking high water as an oldcel I will wake up like 3 times per night to piss n I can’t go back sleep so my eyes look shit so I’m hoping this low water will prevent this from happening.

I advocate for a lower water intake than most users do.

If you're not performing any physical activity, 1.2L of fluids (water, coffee, juices) is what i find to be ideal to stay debloated at 182cm, 63kg.

Like most people, I recommend low sodium, high potassium (4:1 potassium:sodium ratio is good).

From what I and some other users here have experienced, coffee is not a viable solution to debloat, althought it is labelled as a mild diuretic.

how much water should we drink then? And how should i debloat before my school prom thing in one week? Go in a very harsh deficit and do lots of cardio?

drink around 1L of water a day for the 3 days preceeding your prom.

Cardio is good, especially for short term. Do it a few hours before your prom, without rehydrating yourself too much.
Ensure your tongue isn't dry, and that you have gum in your pocket! I go though around 40 pieces of gum when i go clubbing (like 10 pieces an hour).

Caloric deficit is great for debloat too. start your deficit 2-3 days before your prom

Also do we need to watch our sodium and potassium if we take furosemide?

i take 100mg. most pills come in 40mg, so i'd recommend 120mg.

200 mg is simply too much for me. i get cramps in my whole body, even my fingers and i feel very fucking weak.

Also do we need to watch our sodium and potassium if we take furosemide?
YES!!!
GO very low on sodium in the next 48 hours to avoid a brutal rebound effect.
high potasssium is ideal but not necessary!
