KANGAROO MEAT is the best source of protein. The sausages (which are the least healthy but yummiest form of kangaroo meat) literally have a 4 star health rating, it's fucking insane. And the healthiest form of this meat (lean meat) has a perfect 5 health star rating for most brands. This is unparalleled, there are no other meats I've seen that have a 5 health star rating. And for a frame of reference, in most Australian supermarkets, pork sausages have a 1.5 health star rating, and a lot of 95% fat free lean beef products have a mere 4 health star rating. Anyway, the macros are also insane, 21.3g of protein per serving (2 sausages) and only 106 FUCKING CALORIES. WTF. In my country (vilayet of germany) coke zero and bug protein got an "A" at the "nutri score" health rating (which is financed by the government), meanwhile organic salmon and steak got a "C/D".

Idk about your country but in mine the health star rating indicates the healthiness of the food relative to other similar products, so it would make sense for coke Zero to get a high rating (because all other sugary drinks are high in sugar and calories). Also it makes sense for bug protein to get a good rating, it's actually pretty healthy

That's because organizations who sell plant-based oils have said at some point that saturated fatty acids are "unhealthy".
The reason for this is some questionable evidence, where there is a correlation of those fats and heart attacks, saying they "raise your bad cholestorel levels".

However, there have been studies that show that polyunsaturated fatty acids were the actual culprit. Heart attacks were largely unheard of before the introduction of plant-based oils. This whole LDL thing is mostly non-sense.
For the time being though, vegan-led organizations refuse to acknowledge the evidence and therefore consider saturated fats to be unhealthy.
