Hello bros. I havent seen my grandmother for like 1 months and my uncle for 2 months. Both said I look like I lost weight. I also sensed a little bit sunkenness when I looked to mirror. Its just been 2 months, I dont eat under maintenance on the contrary I eat more. I dont know my %bf but my I am skinny fattish.

You will say post face but it aint that sunken I am just saying there is a difference noticed by people who didnt see me for 1-2 months.


Summary :

1- Have a lean face
2- Dont consume too much sodium
3- Dont eat or drink like that (leave some inner space for your cheeks)
